So that we may prepare your cottage for our next guests, we ask that you check out no later than 10:00 a.m.
In order to make for efficient turnovers for our cleaning and maintenance teams, we ask our guests to leave the rental cottage in a condition similar to how it was when the guest arrived. Please be sure to:
Load and start dishwasher with any remaining dirty dishes.
Clean out any food and beverages that you brought from the refrigerator and cabinets.
Place all towels and sheets, used or not, on the bathroom floor.
Close and lock all windows and doors leading to outside.
Bag up all trash and place in dumpster on your way out.
Please deposit your keys and gate passes in the lock-box at the rental office to secure your check out.
Late check-out is subject to extra charges and under the discretion of the Rental Office. No refunds for early departure.
Any broken or missing items will be charged to the renter’s credit card on file. The fee for lost keys is $10 and for gate passes is $25 that will be charged to the credit card we have on file.
