At Seaglass Village, we take the health and well-being of our community, owners, renters, guests, and staff very seriously. Like you, we have been closely monitoring the ongoing developments regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic along with local and national guidelines.

 

As of Monday, May 24, the Governor of Maine has aligned with the latest CDC guidance regarding Covid safety protocols, and has lifted the restriction for the use of masks indoors. In addition, all capacity limits and social distancing requirements have also been lifted.

 

As such, Seaglass Village is now operating under these guidelines:

 

• Masks are now optional, not required, including by staff and volunteers

• Those who are not yet vaccinated should still wear masks while indoors

• Capacity limits at the clubhouse, gym and pool are lifted

• Sign-in upon entering the Clubhouse is no longer required

 

Please remember that personal situations and preferences differ, and we ask that everyone continue to be respectful of staff and others, as we transition through these new guidelines.

 

The health and safety of our owners, guests and staff remains a top priority, and we will continue to monitor and respond to any changing recommendations by the CDC and the Maine Governor.
